This two-day course provides hands-on instruction through classroom exercises in the principles of effective project management. Using Microsoft Project 2003, participants learn to develop a detailed and integrated schedule, analyze MS Project schedules prepared by a project team, and extract schedule information from working schedules for senior management briefings and reports. Students will learn the basics of planning a new project, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), basics of project scheduling, and processes necessary to accurately status a project's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Seven Steps to Performance-Based Acquisition™ is a three-day course that provides buying and selling professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to plan, negotiate, and manage contracts using the statement of objectives approach.
