Register one of three ways.

All courses offered by the Acquisition Solutions Training Institute also are available to the government in a group class format, tailored to your agency's individual requirements. For more information, please contact us at training@acqsolinc.com or call 866-426-3500.

If your employer is paying the course tuition, please also include:
Approving official's name, work address, and telephone number
Employer's billing address and telephone number
Accounting classification codes, purchase order number or billing numbers
Payment Policies
We Must Receive Your Payment Prior to the Start of the Class. Payments will not be processed until the class has been confirmed. Classes are confirmed or cancelled no later than 30 days prior to the start of class. Checks should be made payable to Acquisition Solutions, Inc. Purchase orders and training forms should indicate Acquisition Solutions, Inc., as the vendor.

You may register for a course at any time; however, Acquisition Solutions must have full payment one month prior to your course start date in order to guarantee your seat. |
| Registration Within One Month of Course Start |
Any student registration received within one month prior to the course start date will not be processed until Acquisition Solutions receives one of the following:
Credit card
Signed purchase order
Signed training form
Check made payable to Acquisition Solutions, Inc.

| Registration by Phone |
If you register by phone within five weeks of the course start date, you must pay via credit card. Call the Acquisition Solutions Training Institute at 866-426-3500 to arrange payment. |

Who Can Register
Our classes are offered to both government and industry. You are responsible for entering class with the required prerequisites or with the appropriate prior life experience. When in doubt, please call us at 1-866-426-3500 before registering.
Registration Confirmation
No later than 30 days prior to the start of class, the Acquisition Solutions Training Institute will send a confirmation letter via e-mail with information about the specific class hours, site, classroom location, conveniently located hotels, and public transportation. Notice of any change to the course location will be included in this letter and/or a subsequent confirmation letter. If a site location is not listed in your letter that means Acquisition Solutions is still finalizing the site and will notify you as soon as the site is confirmed.
Cancellations
Occasionally it is necessary to cancel a scheduled course. If a class is cancelled, the prepaid tuition or paperwork is retained until the participant or employer informs the school to either:
1. Refund the money or return the paperwork (Note: Credit Card Payments will not be processed until thirty-days prior to the start of class. If a course is cancelled prior to credit card processing and the student does not wish to register for another course, the credit card information will be securely disposed.)
2. Transfer the money or paperwork toward tuition for another scheduled course.
Please note: Registrations involving paperwork require amended forms with appropriate date and location changes.
Travel Reservations
Please do not make nonrefundable travel registrations before you receive a registration confirmation letter.
Withdrawal/Substitution/Cancellation
Substitutions are permitted at any time prior to the start of the class. You may cancel your registration up to 14 calendar days prior to the class for a full refund or credit toward another class. Transfers to alternative courses or dates will be considered up to 14 calendar days prior to the start of class. The student or organization is responsible for the full price, if cancelled within 14 calendar days prior to the class.
Course Times
Unless otherwise indicated in your confirmation letter, registration begins at 8 a.m. on the first day of all courses. Please consult your confirmation letter for the exact dates and hours a specific course session will meet.
Course Materials
All course materials are distributed during class sessions.
Classroom Policies
The courses in our curricula are intensive and require participants' full attention during class. We ask that you minimize the conduct of regular business during class hours. To receive a certificate, continuing education units, and credit hours, you must attend the entire course. Audio recording and videotaping are prohibited.
Dress Policy for Class
Casual business dress is appropriate for all courses.
Attendance
If you have missed a class day, you may call the counseling office to schedule a make-up day. You must make up the day you missed to receive credit and a completion certificate for the course.
