Mark Buchholz is a certified project manager with more than 24 years of professional experience, and more than 17 years of project/program planning and management experience. Mark is experienced in contracting and subcontracting processes, procedures, and management, as well as budget development, justification, and implementation.
Tony L. Dedmond is an Instructor for Acquisition Solutions Training Institute™, responsible for training personnel to optimize their potential and helping organizations excel in meeting their goals and objectives through the use of earned value management. Students benefit from Tony's 23 years of military service and his 12 years with Federal/Defense contractors.
Gregory A. Garrett is an international educator, best-selling and award-winning author, and highly respected business consultant. Currently, he serves as chief operating officer for Acquisition Solutions, Inc.
William (Bill) Neustadt teaches personnel to optimize their potential and helps organizations excel in meeting their missions, visions,
goals, and objectives through the use of performance-based acquisition. Students benefit from Bill’s 35 years of director-level experience in acquisition management, pre- and post-award contracting, and energy management. 
As an instructor for the Acquisition Solutions Training Institute™, Glen Phillips specializes in performance improvement in program and project management. His 17 years' experience as an expert in earned value management (EVM) gives Glen unique insights into the acquisition organization.
With 23 years of federal procurement experience, with an emphasis in information technology (IT), Ronne Rogin brings a wealth of knowledge to Acquisition Solutions. An expert in performance-based services acquisition (PBSA), Ronne also served as one of the authors of The Seven Steps Guide to Performance-Based Services Acquisition, was the head of the government-wide PBSA community of practice, and was the head of a task force working with the Office of Federal
Procurement Policy to reform guidance in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) on PBSAs. 
Charles E. Rumbaugh is an instructor with the Acquisition Solutions Training Institute™, responsible for training personnel to optimize their potential and helping organizations excel in meeting their missions, visions, goals, and objectives through the use of performance-based acquisition. A highly regarded speaker, trainer, and published author, Charles is an attorney practicing in commercial, international, and government contract law, with an emphasis in private dispute and negotiation and related areas.
Arthur (Art) Spenard is an Instructor for Acquisition Solutions Training Institute™, responsible for training personnel to optimize their potential and helping organizations excel in meeting their goals and objectives through the use of earned value management (EVM). Students benefit from Art's 20 years of military service, 11 of which were spent in the Army Acquisition Corps.
Mike is a former Senior Executive Service with 37 years of experience in acquisition and program management. His last job was as the director of the Pentagon Renovation Program. He led the effort to renovate the Pentagon after the 9/11 tragedy.
David Van Slyke is an instructor for the Acquisition Solution Training Institute™, responsible for training personnel to optimize their potential and helping organizations to achieve their acquisition goals and mission-critical objectives. David brings nine years of experience teaching public administration and public affairs to university students. He specializes in public and nonprofit management, privatization and contracting, contract management, policy implementation, strategic planning and performance management, as well as faith-based organizations and philanthropy.
