Arlington, Va., March 17, 2008—- Acquisition Solutions, Inc. announced today that Excellere Partners, a Denver-based private equity firm, has acquired an ownership stake in the company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Acquisition Solutions is pursuing a multi-dimensional growth strategy to enhance its ability to meet the growing demand for strategic acquisition support. Plans include expanding consulting services to cover the entire government acquisition life cycle and increasing the company's geographic footprint beyond the Washington, D.C. area. The company also plans to enhance the knowledge resources and tools available to clients now through the Virtual Acquisition Office (TM) and is continuing to build on the new Master's Certificate in Performance Based Acquisition training program.

The Acquisition Solutions leadership team, led by Anne Reed, president and chief executive officer, will continue to manage the company's business operations. The founding partners, Chip Mather, Ann Costello and Bob Welch, will continue to be significantly invested and engaged in the success of the company.
